When I inherited the house at 120 Pine Drive in Sedona in 2006 after my father passed away on March 26, 2006, I made the decision to take out a second mortgage on the property to enable me to pay my sister, in Paris, France, her share of the inherited assessed value and transfer joint ownership to myself and wife's names. At that time we made the decision to do the things necessary to make the house available for furnished short term vacation rentals.
