Never worked personally or on the phone but did receive regular emails with very helpful information. Very easy to find property; access and check out. Also really appreciated the information regarding the various areas around Sedona as well as Sedona itself with things to do/see; places to eat, etc. Definitely enjoyed our stay in Sedona and will be back for another visit in the future.

Property very clean and quiet. Even though back of property is facing a main street, inside home very quiet. Everything we needed was provided - all kitchen utensils, appliances, extra linens. Every appliance in excellent working condition. No problems. Nice pool area also. Very close to supermarket also. Very quiet neighborhood!

We had a little bit of trouble getting into our house as the code would not work. I emailed the team and they got back with me in a short couple of minutes. Then I was able to make a quick phone call and the issue was taken care of with ease. The team member was very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning team was sent out to help us clean when the vacuum didnt work.

We had a very nice stay at the property. Upon arrival one of the mattresses was worn out. The owner then had a new mattress delivered. The bathtub drain was clogged so a maintenance person came out to fix that. There was a plumbing problem with the outside backyard faucet so that was worked on while we were there. We had to purchase a blanket because the one provided had what looked like dried blood on it and some kind of black stains. In spite of all this we enjoyed our visit in the condo and we were so happy that the owner welcomed our golden retriever!! She was very pleasant and left us a wonderful bottle of wine.
