Pleasant and Relaxed Stay. The location was perfectnestled in a quiet area but still close to Sedona's best attractions, including breathtaking hiking trails and charming local shops. The views from the property were stunning;.I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Sedona.

Stunning views. Our family took a much needed winter break from the midwestern cold, gray days in mid-January. Unsure if the Sedona weather would be warm enough for outdoor adventures we selected 204 Caballo for its views and sunshine, and it exceeded our expectations. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the top floor was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen and great room had everything we needed to enjoy sunrise and sunset hours while making meals and playing board games. The lower level was ideal for movie night. Plus with the weather cooperating, we hit all the top hikes which were easily accessible from 204 Caballo.

The house is adorable and even better in-person. The location is perfect & beautiful, walkable to some of the trailheads and just a couple of minutes drive to Whole Foods and a commercial area where you can find everything you need. Also just a short drive into the main town and other locations. The house is well equipped with everything one needs for a stay. The host is super responsive. The heating system suddenly went out after having worked perfectly and they had someone out and it fixed within hours and even had a backup plan in case the repair required a part that had to be ordered. We felt certain that all would be well either way. Overall a fantastic stay all around, would highly recommend!!

Great Central Located Home. We had a wonderful stay here. The sunset park and hiking trails being so close by was a bonus.

Lovely place. Convenient spot from which to visit the extraordinary sites and hiking in the area; nearby Old Town Cottonwood is a fun and cozy place with great restaurants; the home is comfortable and pretty with a great backyard and neighborhood.

There was plenty of room in the main house for our group of 4 adults and 4 children without using the Casita. The house was beautifully decorated the beds were very comfortable. The large kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. The red rock views were mesmerizing. We were able to hike up the hill behind the house and enjoy the vast views. We had mule deer right up by the house on a few mornings and Coyotes during night. We loved our stay and will definitely love to stay here again when in the area.

Loved this property for a quick girls trip to Sedona! The backyard space is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and star gazing after a long day of exploring! Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time in Sedona for the New Years! This was a last minute on a whim trip that we decided to go on the day before New Years Eve and we had a great trip! The house is comfortable and quiet. We liked that it wasnt in Sedona center so we were able to have privacy and everything was a quick drive! We hope to be able to come back again!

We have stayed in a lot of airbnbs but this house was the cleanest by far. The house was great. It is in a good location. Plenty to do nearby. We will stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit and would gladly return. The staff was responsive and very helpful. The instructions for the unit were clear, and it was well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra sheets and blankets available. The unit was also well-stocked with pool towels and extra beach towels, which was a nice touch. A high-quality supermarket is conveniently located just across the street, making it easy to pick up supplies, and we also enjoyed walking to the nearby coffee shop. The drive from this location into Sedona is absolutely beautiful. This was our fourth visit to Sedona, and we would definitely stay in this area again. One evening, we used the jacuzzi by the pool. It was spacious and exceptionally relaxing.

Beautiful, clean home in a beautiful location. Love the open layout of the house. This neighborhood is really great for being close to trails, very easy to get to the heart of town, but still felt peaceful and quiet kind of tucked away off the main road. You can see the red rocks from the living room and great views walking around the neighborhood. The beds are really comfortable. Great kitchen with pots and pans and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a fancy espresso machine but we couldnt figure out how to use it, but the regular coffee maker worked great. Overall excellent energy at the house! The host team was super friendly, responsive and helpful! They shared recommendations and had plenty of resources. Would love to stay here again next time Im in town!

All we can say is wow! What a great place to stay for an extended trip. We felt right at home and it was amazing to come back to each day. A great location for hiking, traveling to surrounding towns and national parks alike. Would definitely book this property again.

central sedona. Overall clean and nice location (central Sedona). As advertised! We had 4 family members - 2 teens and 2 adults and this was a great size. We used the community Jacuzzi once. The Airport loop is walking distance from the unit.

Great house. We loved this house. It is very spacious, clean, well stocked and centrally located. It was an ideal house for our family to stay in when visiting Sedona.
