A wonderful surprise! The property is on a quiet street away from (but close to!) the bustle of downtown Sedona. There were trails right out the door and others very close by. The views at the house were breathtaking. Could not recommend it more highly!!

A perfect home away from home. The house was beautiful- stunning views and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the softest sheets. Highly recommend.

Spring Break. Clean property that is centrally located to all activities around Sedona. Did not have to drive more than 15 min to reach any of the popular hiking trails and parks.

Steps away from downtown! Beautiful property walking distances to all downtown attractions. It looked just like the images from the listing and was extremely clean. It was perfect to park and not have yo deal with the Sedona traffic.

Roomy lodgings near main strip. We had a great stay! We were able to walk to the main shopping strip everyday, which had great coffee and restaurants. There was plenty of room for a our group.

Incredible house in an incredible location! Our family of 4 had an amazing time staying at this house! We loved the amenities and layout. The neighborhood is incredible and you have access to the beautiful natural surroundings at your doorstep. The house is beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and setup very well for guests. We would highly recommend!

Nice home. This home had everything we needed for a pleasant quiet stay. Sitting on the back porch drinking coffee was just wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed since we cooked there many days. The home is about 1.5 miles from downtown and we did walk it once, but drove other times. Plenty of restaurants and activities that are close.

This was our 6th time renting with Foothills and the staff have always been very helpful.

The house is clean and spacious, with a very well stocked kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. The location is great as we could walk to the Bell Rock Trailhead from the house. We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Every communication be it by phone or email with Foothills was easy, and the few logistical questions I had were answered quickly and politely. The whole team is very helpful, professional, and kind.

The property is wonderful. Perfect layout for our needs, beautifully designed and maintained, incredibly well organized, and of course the breathtaking view. It sits in the gentle wash of the airport vortex which so one is always bathed in its peaceful and rejuvenating energy. We had an amazing time during our stay and look forward to renting it again next year.
