This home was very quiet and peaceful and was just what we needed to unwind from our busy lives. We found the locals to be very friendly and helpful. One of the full-time residents helped us by loaning us his jumper cables when we needed help with a dead car battery. We also enjoyed using the pool. It was very quiet and was the perfect setting for a great afternoon swim workout. Lastly, we enjoyed the occasional sightings of local wildlife: birds, coyotes, and javalinas. We admired the coyotes and javalinas (seen at night in the neighborhood) with great caution, of course.

Nepenthe HOA Rules & Information:
It has a seasonal community pool, heated May thru September, possibly an additional 2 weeks in April or October, depending on the weather & temperatures each year. The Hot Tub is open year-round. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. No alcohol, glass, or food in the pool area. There is no on-street parking. Cars must be in the garage or carport. Not in guest parking spaces. Cars must be 18' or less long, and less than 70" high to fit in the garage. No RV parking is allowed.
