The Sedona International Film Festival is one of the top film festivals in the US and the “hottest show in town” that inspires and encourages both emerging and established filmmakers, and a fast-growing audience of passionate indie artists and film lovers.
The nine-day festival features thought-provoking workshops, Q&A panel discussions, meet and greets, and a stellar lineup of some of the best independent films from around the globe. Last year saw five Oscar nominees in the lineup! From feature films, family movies, and foreign language to shorts, student films, and documentaries that “make a difference”, the festival premiers over 160 independent films covering all genres.
A few of the 2023 Sedona International Film Festival highlights include the works of two-time Oscar and Academy Award nominee Lasse Hallstrom for the festival’s opening night, a lifetime achievement award for Jacqueline Bisset, and a special screening of the documentary Karen Carpenter: Starving for Perfection.
